Shipping and delivery

We offer low cost UK delivery or in store collection on online store purchases. Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery. We aim to achieve the following delivery times for both UK delivery and In store collection:

• Mon – Thur (Ordered before 1pm) > Next working day delivery
• Fri > Tuesday delivery
• Sat – Sun > Tuesday/Wednesday delivery

The above is subject to stock availability. 

Online Store Returns and Cancellations

If you change your mind and wish to return your product, you may do so providing the product is back with us within 30 days of delivery or collection. Please fill out the Return Request Form below to receive the return instructions from us. If you no longer want your home delivery order, you will still need to accept delivery of the product. Returns must be sealed and in their original packaging. Once you have completed the returns form below, a member of the team will be in contact with returns instructions.

If you wish to cancel a back order, please fill out the below form and tick the cancellation box. Once you have done this we will process your cancellation.

Please allow 48 hours for us to process your return or cancellation request.

As Per The Consumer Contracts Regulations

you Have a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the Us that you’d like to cancel your order to return the goods to Us. The goods must be in the original packaging and on good condition when we receive them.

 Unfortunately any software you purchased with your computer ie Anti Virus or office which we installed on the computer are non-returnable as the software is now registered on your name.

Faulty goods

You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty goods within 30 days of receiving Them.

After the first 30 days, If you find a fault within the first six months of possessing your faulty goods, you’ll need to give Us a chance to make a repair or replacement. We are only allowed one attempt at fixing each fault If that’s unsuccessful, you can then ask for a refund. We can make a deduction for the Use of the laptop depending on the length of elapsed time you have the computer.

If no Fault exists or is found to be caused by erroneous software or Damaged by you we reserve the right to make a charge for the postage and fixing of the computer

After six months normal warranty conditions apply.

All goods come with a one year warranty

Standard Warranty Coverage

This includes product repair, either by the Us or by an authorized and certified shop. Replacement of a product or product parts with either the same item or one of comparable specifications is covered. We also offers a refund of the cost of the product minus depreciation if it is determined that the item cannot be repaired or if the customer opts for a refund rather than repair.

 Shipping Costs

you pay for shipping, insurance, taxes, fees and everything else associated with sending the product to Us for warranty repairs. We pay for return shipping.

Will Warranty Be Voided If RAM or Hard Drive Is Replaced?

Upgrading your hard drive or RAM does not, in itself, void the warranty. However, any damages caused by the upgraded equipment, or damages incurred during the removal of the old hardware or installation of the new hardware are not covered, nor is the upgraded hardware covered by the warranty.

While it is generally true that upgrading your computer will not void the warranty, some products carry a seal that voids the warranty if broken. That means you should avoid breaking that seal for any reason, even if you are doing it only for upgrade purposes.

This dose not effect your statutory rights.
